Shipping: I always use USPS, and you will get a tracking number. I put effort into my storage and packing so the item arrives to you in good shape. At this time i am only shipping within the United States.
Payment: I accept Paypal as payment and will ship after payment is confirmed.
Customer Service: I am human so if a mistake is made ( wrong shade of grey, wrong piece, etc ) i will resolve the issue.
